Philadelphia Union striker Eddy Davis, one of the most promising forwards in his age group, delivered a spectacular introduction to international youth competition in his debut camp with the United States U-20 National Team.

The 19-year-old scored three goals in two matches against Costa Rica, immediately establishing himself as one of the most dangerous attacking players in the squad. His movement, composure in the box, and ability to read plays stood out throughout both matches, impressing both the coaching staff and teammates alike.

Davis’s international performances come on the heels of a productive season in MLS NEXT Pro, where he recorded 5 goals and 5 assists in 28 matches for Philadelphia Union II. His strong form earned him a milestone moment earlier this year when he made his MLS first-team debut in a match against the Chicago Fire.

With his confidence rising and his profile rapidly expanding, Davis has positioned himself as a key figure for the U20s heading into next year’s competitive cycle. His blend of athleticism, finishing ability, and versatility could make him an essential piece of the attacking puzzle as the United States prepares for upcoming international tournaments.
